Learning Chinese as a second language can be daunting. The thousands of characters, different grammar rules and unique pronunciation patterns make it critical to use the proper curriculum when learning it.
This curriculum was developed in Malaysia and Singapore, where the primary languages are Malay and English, after seeing that traditional teaching methods of Chinese as 2nd language were not successful.
Now, the new curriculum is in use across roughly one thousand kindergartens, language and learning centers. Children and adults alike have reported a significant improvement in their Chinese language skills when they switched to the new curriculum.
